Our Holiday Catering Menu
In our catering menu, we offer meats priced by the pound, meat trays, sides, catering per person, and dessert.
In our meats by the pound, you can select from hickory-smoked brown sugar-cured ham, pulled pork, beef brisket, and hickory smoked turkey breast. Each pound feeds about 3 people generously and includes 1/2 pint of BBQ sauce.
Our side options include mashed potatoes with gravy, green beans, traditional dressing, ranch pasta salad, potato salad, baked beans and creamy coleslaw sold by the gallon, and rolls by the dozen. Our dessert options feed about 20 people! We offer apple and cherry cobbler, and brownie trays.
